After an initial telephone conversation, you will meet the Hiring Manager and HR.

Is there a mutual connection? We will then invite you to a second interview, during which we will explore the role in greater depth. We will discuss your experience, technical expertise and approach to financial matters.

Are we both convinced? We will be happy to discuss the compensation package and the next steps in our collaboration.

Throughout the entire process, you can expect clear communication, prompt feedback and smooth follow-up.
