→ To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Business Intelligence who will play a key role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy.
Your role
As Senior Manager – Business Intelligence, you act as the right hand of the Sales Director and help steer the commercial strategy of erudite.health. You combine strong analytical depth with commercial acumen to drive top-line growth, improve profitability, and ensure data becomes the backbone of decision-making in Sales.
You will be responsible for
- Acting as the right hand of the Sales Director, helping shape and steer erudite.health’s commercial strategy and priorities.
- Building and driving pricing governance, including channel strategy frameworks, customer segmentation and tariff
increase processes. - Bringing a strong Revenue Growth Management (RGM) mindset (pricing, promotions, pack architecture) and translating strategy into clear commercial guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards to track key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, margins, field execution) and support decision-making.
- Partnering with internal BI/Data teams and external data providers to ensure data quality, consistency and actionable
insights. - Monitoring commercial performance and channel dynamics, identifying opportunities and delivering clear recommendations to improve growth and profitability.
- Defining and tracking “perfect execution” KPIs, ensuring initiatives translate into strong in-store/field execution.
- Evaluating activation and promo ROI with Field Sales & Marketing to optimize impact and margin progression.
- Increasing dashboard adoption across teams and reducing Excel dependency through smart tools, routines and coaching.
- Leading and developing one direct report, while building analytical capability within the Sales organization.
Your profile
You are a strategic and hands-on BI leader who can connect data, commercial priorities and execution. You bring structure,
influence and clarity in a fast-moving environment.
You also recognise yourself in the following:
- You have 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Growth Management and/or an FMCG/Pharma environment.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch, and you have a strong command of English.
- You have strong Power BI expertise, advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
- You have proven exposure to pricing strategy and RGM (a strong plus).
- You influence senior stakeholders with credibility and can translate complex data into clear decisions and actions.
- You enjoy building capabilities and driving adoption (moving teams from Excel to scalable dashboards).
