Koen Hoffman brings a wealth of financial and strategic expertise to erudite.health. As the CEO of ValueSquare and an experienced investor with extensive corporate governance experience (including roles at Greenyard and SnowWorld), he offers valuable insight into the group’s buy-and-build strategy. He focuses on sustainable value creation and guiding the financial structure of the group’s rapidly expanding portfolio.

An Demuylder joined the board as a key advisor on operational excellence and industry dynamics. Leveraging her leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry – particularly her tenure as general manager at Qualiphar – she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of acquired entities. She focuses on maintaining the delicate balance between scientific rigor and commercial growth within the group.

Jan Cassiman brings valuable strategic insight and governance experience to the erudite.health Board of Directors. Filip Meire is a rare legal expert who combines a Master’s in law with a background in Medicine (KU Leuven), making him uniquely qualified for the HealthTech sector. As the co-founder of Ace Law, a firm specializing in M&A and corporate finance, Filip oversaw the legal structuring of erudite.health’s recent acquisitions, including those of Nutriphyt and Trenker. Filip now serves as Executive Legal Counsel, safeguarding the group’s compliance and regulatory strategy while facilitating its continued growth.
